In recent years, with the gradual maturity and wide application of aerosol technology, there are more and more aerosol products on the market, so there are more and more aerosol processing plants. We know that aerosols need to be filled with propellant gas. Some gases are flammable and explosive. Then, the fire protection of aerosol filling workshop must be strict. The editor below will share with you how to design the fire protection of aerosol filling workshop .
1 Fire-fighting facilities such as fixed fire-fighting devices should be installed in the production site for fire prevention. Fire water supply and fire extinguishing equipment should meet the requirements of GB50016-2006.
2 The production site should have a fire-fighting water supply system. The production enterprise should build a fire-fighting pool, and the setting of the fire-fighting pool should comply with the provisions of Article 8.6.2 of GB50016-2006.
3 The installation of the fire protection system in the building of the production site shall be determined by comprehensive consideration based on its fire hazard, operating conditions, material properties, building volume and external fire protection facilities. For multi-storey or single-storey factory buildings with combustible liquids and gases whose length is greater than or equal to 30m, indoor fire hydrants should be installed. The position of the fire hydrants should ensure that the full water column of two water guns reaches any part of the room.
4 The production site should be equipped with appropriate types and sufficient number of fire-fighting equipment according to the nature of the fire source and the nature of the fire material in accordance with the provisions of GB50140. There should be no less than two fire extinguishers in each fire extinguisher configuration site.
5 The production enterprise shall set up an automatic fire alarm system in accordance with the requirements of Article 11.4 of GB50016-2006.
6 Dosage preparation area, filling area, propellant storage and distribution area, Class A and B liquid storage tank area and warehouse, inferior product aerosol processing operation area, etc., where combustible gas and combustible vapor may be emitted, should be set up for combustible gas detection alarm system.
The above are the requirements for fire-fighting facilities in aerosol filling workshops
