The filling principle of normal aerosol is to install the feed liquid and the propellant together in the can body. When in use, open the valve and spray the contents by relying on the pressure of the propellant. It is mainly in the form of fog.
The filling principle of bag-on-valve aerosol is to can the material into another capsule valve containing the material. The capsule valve is completely isolated from the can, and the two are filled with compressed air (purification) and nitrogen as propellant. When in use, open the cover and press down the valve. The compressed gas in the can compresses the bag to press the raw materials out of the can in a triangular mist shape, and the gas remains in the can.
Difference between normal aerosol packaging and bag-on-valve packaging:
1. Sealing performance: the sealing performance of normal packaging is poor, and there is no bag to protect the material packaging. Dual packaging has high sealing performance. It is a multi protective material packaging system formed by valves, four layer vacuum bags and aluminum cans.
2. Purity of material body: the normal aerosol packaging is a mixture of gas and material. The material body is not pure enough to optimize the product quality, and the poor sealing may lead to other gas bacteria running in, internal pollution and material deterioration. bag-on-valvepackaging is the separation of gas and material, and the material body is filled into food grade bags through vacuum aseptic technology.
3. Spraying effect: the atomization effect of the material sprayed by the one-dimensional packaging is poor, the impact force is large, and the skin absorption is relatively not ideal. The material ejected from the bag-on-valve packaging is uniform and continuous nano atomization, which is easier to be absorbed by the skin.
4. Spraying convenience: there is sediment in the normal package, which needs to be shaken before use. It needs to be pressed many times during use. During spraying, the bottle body can only maintain a fixed angle set horizontally. There is no sediment in the bag-on-valve packaging. It can be sprayed as you take it. You can spray it to the end as soon as you press it. There is no need to press it for many times. There is no dead angle in all directions. It is more convenient to spray it arbitrarily.
5. Utilization rate: there are residues in normal aerosol packaging, which is wasteful. The utilization rate of bag-on-valve packaging is as high as 98%.
6. Jet sound effect: there is sound emitted with the gas when the normal aerosol package is sprayed. Mute during bag-on-valve packaging spraying.
Identification method:
The way to distinguish between unitary packaging and bag-on-valve packaging is to shake the bottle body. If there is obvious underwater sound and shaking in the bottle, it is unitary packaging. If there is no shaking or underwater sound in the bottle, it is bag-on-valve packaging. Because the workmanship of bag-on-valve packaging is relatively complex and must be aluminum cans, the cost is relatively high. At present, normal aerosol products are mostly used in industry on the market. Bag-on-valve products are widely used in cosmetics. And it’s also adopted in deodorant filling machine very often.
BOV packing aerosol product has a container in the aerosol can (generally easy to change volume under pressure), and two separate spaces are formed with the can body. The propellant produces pressure on the external device, the content device is connected with the valve body, the bag on valve spray and the normal spray zone, because the propellant is separated and completely does not connect with the outside world. Therefore, the safety and environmental protection are better.
