How Binary Packaging Works
Binary packaging is an aerosol composed of a valve and aerosol canister bonded with a bag. The material liquid is filled in the pouch, and the propellant is filled between the pouch and the inner wall of the jar. When the valve is opened, the propellant squeezes the bag to squeeze the material out, and can form atomization, emulsion, gel and other states.
1. Binary packaging valve: Binary packaging valve can be male valve or female valve.
2. Binary valve bag: It is an aluminum composite bag approved by the Food and Drug Administration (it can be three or four layers according to different requirements of the product). According to different products, it can be applied to aerosols of various sizes.
3. Propellant: Because the propellant of the binary package is separated from the product, environmentally friendly propellants, such as compressed air, nitrogen, etc., can be used instead of combustible propellants.
4. According to different products, nozzles can be selected.
5. Binary packaging aerosol cans: both aluminum cans and tinplate cans can be used (aluminum cans are more recommended here). Jars of various shapes can be used.

Binary aerosol filling process
