Aerosol Can Crimping Machine

Aerosol crimping machine is an important part of the whole aerosol filling system. We insert the valve into aerosol can and then the valve is crimped by the crimping machine. A quality crimping machine is vital for aerosol sealing and the final spray effect.

Aerosol filling machine is mainly divided into liquid filling machine and gas filling machine. So, the filling situation is divided into two kinds.

1.The filling machine fills fixed quantity of liquid into the aerosol can under normal temperature and pressure.

2.The filling machine fills fixed quantity and certain pressure gas (or liquefied gas) into the aerosol can.

As aerosol can must be triggered with certain pressure, we have to crimp the aerosol can before injecting the propellant gas.

The Working Principle of the Sealing Machine:

After turning on the switch, the double pneumatic directional valve of the sealing machine reverses. The upper chamber of the lifting cylinder takes in air, and the lower chamber takes out air, which makes the piston of the lifting cylinder move downward, and the sealing head presses the can valve.
