HDC-160 Automatic Aerosol Nozzle Machine

HDC-160 Automatic Aerosol Nozzle Machine is applied to fix the nozzle of aerosol products. We need nozzle to spray out the aerosol meterials for each kind of earosol products. So the nozzle should be fixed to every aerosol can appropriately.

With a nozzles hopper (mounted up to 108L), our nozzle machine will work automaticly in a more complete way. With 15000 guns embedded, it detects empty aerosol can and nozzle vibration intelligently.

We've designed rotary table for 6-position in HDC-160 Automatic Aerosol Nozzle Machine. The running speed is adjustable from 80/min to 160/min. Siemens branded core control parts will supervise the whole producing course. It will shut down immediately when no can conveyed. The auto nozzle machine will save you a lot of labor work and cost as it can run smoothly with manual operation.
