Sense and Stuck
There is a special infrared sensor on the bottle feeding track to receive the induction. When the number of bottles reaches a certain level, the back bottles will be stuck automatically. When the front bottles are filled, they will be released automatically to fill the space for the back bottles.
Fill
When the bottles enter the lower position of the filling head, other working sections will stop and only the filling head will work. When the bottles leave, the filling machine will stop.
Released and Convey
The head stops working, the track part works, and the bottle stopper is released. The clean bottles coming out of the bottle washing machine are sent to the bottle feeding screw of the filling machine by the bottle conveying belt. And they are sent to the bottle supporting cylinder of the rotary table through the bottle feeding star wheel, and then raised.
How we completed the aerosol filling by filling machine?
Under the guidance of the centering device, the bottle mouth tightly presses the blanking mouth of the filling valve to form a seal. After the bottle is vacuumized, the back pressure gas in the liquid storage cylinder is flushed into the bottle. When the gas pressure in the bottle is equal to that in the liquid storage cylinder, the liquid valve is opened under the action of the liquid valve spring.
At this time, the object is guided by the umbrella shaped reflecting ring on the air return pipe. The gas in the glass bottle is replaced into the liquid storage tank through the return pipe. When the object rises to a certain height and the air return pipe orifice is closed.
Automatically stop the next object. Then the liquid valve and gas valve are closed to discharge the pressure gas at the bottleneck to prevent the gas carrying object from gushing when the glass bottle drops, thus completing the whole filling process.
