Aerosol refers to a product that is sealed and filled with the content and the propellant in a container with a valve, and is ejected in a predetermined form under the pressure of the propellant and used once. This product is used in the form of a spray. The ejecta can be gas, liquid or solid, and the shape of the ejecta can be foggy, foamy, powdery or micelles.

How to fill aerosol:

1. Now the propellant is put into the oil tank through the valve.

2. The propellant can be liquefied gas or compressed gas.

3. If it is liquefied gas, there will be a liquid phase and a gas phase at the same time. If the gas phase is in the upper part of the tank, the volume of the liquid phase in the tank will increase.

4. If it is a compressed gas, usually in the upper space of the liquid phase in the tank, the volume of the liquid phase will rise slightly or not.

5. Strictly control the volume of the liquid phase to meet the requirements of the measurement method.

6. Due to the addition of propellant, there is pressure in the product now.

7. Now put the product into a 50 ℃ water bath to check whether there is leakage. Any leaks can be removed. 50 “C water bath is also an important safety test method to ensure that the product will not deform or explode during transportation, storage, and use.
