4 Head Filling Machine

In filling machines, we often set multiple heads in a workbench. And 4-head filling machines are common solutions for many custotmers. The number of heads can be configured according to the actual needs of customers. Sometimes, it’s two filling heads and two sealing heads. Sometimes, we provide filling equipment with all functions in one workbench, similar to 4 in 1 or 5 in 1 filling workbench equipment. If we use 4-in-1 or 5-in-1 working table, the heads we configured may cover a wider scope of work. Including liquid filling head, sealing head, gas filling head and other functions, it is an experimental choice for many aerosol spray manufacturers in the initial stage of production.

We use several commonly used multi-head filling machines to introduce the different configurations of the 4 head filling machine:

4 Head Filling Machine – 2 filling head + 2 sealing head

In this configuration, we have two heads of each type. Why should we choose two heads of the same function? This is usually to meet the requirement of production efficiency, especially for large cans. If we only use one head, the sealing head may finish work in less time than filling head, which affects the overall production efficiency. If the filling is completed by two heads, the filling time can be reduced. The configuration of 2 filling heads + 2 sealing heads usually appears in the automatic filling production line.

4 Head Filling Machine – 3 filling head + 1 sealing head

In the 3 + 1 configuration, we configure three filling heads and one sealing head. This configuration can usually meet need of large can, and can complete the filling and sealing in several times. And this configuration, at the same time, is a semi-automatic filling equipment. Some customers will buy this 3 + 1 configuration, but they only use two filling heads and one sealing head, and the other filling head will be reserved for occasional use.
