HDC-120E Canned Fresh Air Filling Machine Assembly Line

120E air filling machine assembly line is a full-automatic filling line suitable for different kinds of air filling. For specific machines in this line, we include can arranging machine, valve inserting machine, vacuuming machine, sealing machine, gas filling machine, water bath tester (checking leakage)and packing station.

With the adding of water bath, we can check leakage more accurately. There are five working tables in the whole line, and it can handle 80 cans/minute with only one operator.

For application, you may use this filling line to fill oxygen, N2, CO2 and compressed air.
