The European Aerosol Federation (FEA) collects data from FEA members every year and provides a detailed summary of aerosol production in Europe by country, sector and type.

The world produces more than 16 billion aerosol products every year; More than 5.7 billion of them were manufactured in Europe.

According to the report of European Aerosol products, the overall output reached 5.7 billion euros in 2017, an increase over previous years. Britain, Germany and France account for more than 60% of the annual aerosol production in all regions of Europe. Together with Italy, the Netherlands and Spain, nearly 4.7 billion units of aerosols were produced in 2017.
